The business question

What should the products cost?

01 / The challenge

Start with the decision.

PuppySpot needed a more systematic way to identify price points and understand their likely effect on revenue. Reliable behavioral data was essential to making those recommendations credible.

02 / What I built

Connect the pieces.

I combined Google Analytics event data with SQL-based pricing models to identify optimal price points and forecast the revenue impact of changes. I also consolidated the Google Analytics properties and streamlined tagging so the underlying data was consistent.

03 / What changed

A more useful answer.

The resulting pricing framework improved sales performance and average order value. Pricing recommendations were connected to a forecast of the commercial impact, supported by a cleaner measurement foundation.

A pricing model and its data collection cannot be treated as separate projects. The recommendation is only useful if the evidence feeding it is reliable.
