The business question

Can the business rely on its measurement?

01 / The challenge

Start with the decision.

Viking Cruises needed an audit of its enterprise Google Analytics Premium accounts. Before analysis could be useful, the company needed to understand where the existing implementation was failing.

02 / What I built

Connect the pieces.

I audited the analytics accounts, identified implementation problems, and restructured the Google Tag Manager tagging behind them. The work focused on improving the foundation that supported measurement for a global cruise business.

03 / What changed

A more useful answer.

Viking Cruises was left with a reworked measurement implementation that the company could rely on. The engagement addressed the collection of data at its source, where downstream reporting problems begin.

An audit becomes valuable when the findings lead to a working implementation. Diagnosing the problem and rebuilding the foundation belong in the same engagement.
